Out the back door is a book documenting a gardener's view through the medium of woodcut printmaking. I have carved many blocks over the years that are taken directly from plant material I lay onto copy machines and then transfer to Shina woodblocks and then carve.  This book is a long accordion that extends to 96". It is printed on Japanese paper from the Japanese paper place in Toronto.
